EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Merchandise in a saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. A refund will ONLY be given if there is a fault in the garment. This policy is non-negotiable. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of receiving the product in Australia. For International purchases you have 7 days to notify email@example.com and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Sale items are FINAL SALE, and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
If you wish to return your item(s) for an exchange or credit note, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the package arriving to you and request our returns form. Once receiving the form, you are required to fill out the form and send it back with your unwanted item(s).
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the return/exchange, so it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
If you have received a faulty item please email us at email@example.com to arrange a refund form & Prepaid Return Postage Label. We will replace if stock is available or refund you upon return.
RETURN POLICY (GENERAL POLICY)
You must request and exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item. The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make up stains or garments that smell or perfume.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
In the unlikely case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Then subject to the terms set out in this EXCHANGE & RETURNS, we will ensure that you obtain at LOWLA online credit note of equal value.
Please keep in mind that LOWLA cannot accept the exchange or returned product(s)
and cannot give a refund if:
(a) the return falls outside of the stated seven (7) day period;
(b) the product(s) has been personalised (i.e. personalised embroidery, etc.);
(c) the product(s) is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging; or
(d) the original label/swing tag has been removed.

Damaged or Defective Product or otherwise not what you ordered?
For LOWLA, we pride ourselves on quality. We thoroughly test all our garments to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to the uses for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for our products to be damaged or defective.
Returned product(s) (and associated shipping and handling charges at standard rates) will be refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, and not the result of normal wear and tear. In such cases, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
If the problem was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you
We do not refund products:
(a) obtained from a source other than this Website.
(b) damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances,
open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.).
(c) damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose.
